Setup

The Setup menu is used to access 2 functions, Identification and Data location

Identification

For internal use only – MODIFICATIONS MUST NOT BE MADE

Data Location

This menu is used to set the default root directory for all saved configuration. Changing this value requires knowledge

of the workings of Directory structures and Microsoft Explorer.

When using this tool you are specifying the location of the internal data file mpower.dat, which is used as a reference

point for the subdirectories used for storing configuration information.

By default all data is stored in the following

directory structure.

Each product type has a separate directory

under data directory.

Under each product directory is another

directory, which is defined by either the site

number at which the product is installed or by

the unit identifier of the product.

Each product is discussed in more detail

later.
